If you ever get a check engine light code P0138 without any other codes. Toyota has a TSB T-SB-0151-18 December 5, 2018 MIL ON DTC P0138 - A/F Sensor Stuck Lean (AR Engine) which recommends replacing the Upstream Oxygen Sensor or correctly known as the Air Fuel Ratio Sensor. This fixed my issue on my wife's 2012 Rav4 2.5. Great quality genuine Toyota part!
