The instrument's sensor adopts advanced oxygen electrode manufacturing process technology, which achieves long life, high stability, high precision, fast response time, and can resist the interference of various harmful gases (especially the interference of hydrogen). The oxygen electrode produced by our factory has also obtained Chinese patents. The instrument host is assembled by an imported A/D conversion circuit and digital display, which has the characteristics of easy operation and wide range of 0.00%-100%, particularly suitable for the following occasions. The sensor of the instrument is an electrochemical polarographic diaphragm oxygen electrode. It uses a platinum cathode and a silver-silver chloride anode. Potassium chloride is used as an electrolyte, and the diaphragm material is a polyperfluoroethylene propylene film selected to transmit oxygen. The electrode reaction is as follows Cathode: O ₂ + 2H ₂ O + 4e → 4OHˉ Ag + Clˉ → AgCl The electrode current is proportional to the oxygen content in the gas, driven by analog conversion and decoding, and displays the percentage of oxygen through a digital screen. The oxygen content in the measured gas can be obtained after the reading is stable. If the measured value is higher than 50%, the switch is rotated to 100%, and when it is lower than 5%, the button is turned to 5% to improve data accuracy. After the inspection is complete, rotate the switch to the OFF position. The maintenance of the instrument This instrument uses a diaphragm oxygen electrode in a clean gas and relative humidity of about 85 environments, generally can be used for two years left and right, such as electrode aging can not be used, immediately send the instrument back to the factory for repair, maintenance costs are calculated separately. During use, the instrument's sensitivity decreases significantly as the use time is extended, caused by organic matter and dust contamination in the gas to be measured. This can be solved by treating the gas cleanly during sampling, which is the key to extending the life of the electrode. Fault: ① If the instrument's response is slow during the test and there is a significant drift after calibration, the principle is that there is water vapor or water vapor on the electrode head. Dust, please gently dab the water ball and dust with cotton wool to remove. ② If the calibration cannot be performed: 1. The air permeability is decreased due to the contamination of the diaphragm. 2. There are sharp objects to scratch the diaphragm, and the electrodes are aging. ③ If the LOBAT indicator in the upper right corner is on, the battery voltage is insufficient, and the back cover should be opened to replace the new battery. Note: If the instrument is not used for a long time, please remove the battery.

double check oxygen concentration produced by an O2 concentrator for an individual with a medical condition requiring supplemtal O2. Gives what seems to be an accurate reading, as checked against evaporated LOX.Bad - unit was was set to 50% when it arrived. Simple enough anyway. There are two connecting ports to the meter. Did not say whether / which connection is preferred, for the hand pump (output) and suction (input) for the little test chamber. It probably does not matter. The two together just draw a sample of gas into the test chamber.Tested with oxygen sources: room air, and two other supposedly higher o-2 concentrations. I have no data on the actual concentration of those two, but the meter did show about 2x room concentration for each. So that looks about correct. CheersThe meter is exactly what is shown. It came undamaged and seems to work as it is supposed to.The biggest problem was getting it. The first one disappeared during the Covid pandemic and I was not allowed to request a replacement until a week after it was supposed to be delivered. I listed it as an average rating because it does a decent job but does not blow my socks off.This Oxygen Analyzer is a good value, and it does work as described even without the English instructions. Initially go to the 0-50% range, attach the rubber bulb and filter tubes as shown in the picture, and slowly compress and relax the rubber bulb pulling air (a vacuum) thru the sensor from the filter tube. Be patient, while adjusting the calibration knob, allow the reading to settle for a few minutes at 21.0% (Nominal Oxygen content of about 25 deg. Celsius air and 50% relative humidity). Then you can hook up your Oxygen Concentrator to verify that it is working properly with a proper Oxygen percentage. I personally would not force air through the sensor module to anything over 5 liters per minute. (Nominal high setting on most Oxygen Concentrators for home use) Also, I would not get any water or high moisture content air in the sensor. Only normal room temperature air at normal humidity levels. Keep in mind that the sensor has a finite useful life, possibly 2 years, maybe more. Anyone that can elaborate on usage and care of the sensor, please enlighten the rest of us. So far the meter and sensor is a good product at a reasonable price for personal home or hobby use.This is a very affordable meter. It appears to be accurate enough, although calibrating at 21% does result in relatively large measurement errors towards the 100% end of the scale. Instructions were sent in English. I tuned it on and set the switch to 50% as instructed. It came on and read 20% as it should. After a few seconds the reading began to increase and continue to rise until it reached 200% and then defaulted to !. I turned it off and waited 5 minutes. I turned it on again and it ran up to 200% again and "1" as before. I then tried it on the 5% only to have read "1" again. Finally I switched to 100%. Initially, the meter read 35% and immediately the reading began to increase until it reached 2000% and again defaulted to "1". Now, when ever it is turned on it reads "1" matter the setting. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
